The Fact Is: The Ohio Supreme Court has sided consistently with banks, corporations and insurance companies and against average Ohioans.
The Truth is: The Court is unbalanced. Until the May 2010 appointment of Justice Eric Brown the Ohio Supreme Court was 7-0 Republican. Six of the Republicans always sided with big companies and against average people and their families.
This affects you: Far too often, the Ohio Supreme Court makes interpretations of cases in ways that favor large corporations, banks and insurance companies that hurt main street Ohioans. Without change on the Ohio Supreme Court this type of injustice could continue to happen to you!
You can do something about it: Vote for Mary Jane Trapp and Eric Brown on the Court. End the total imbalance and injustice on the Ohio Supreme Court.
