Funny you should mention Solid Snake reminding you of Snake Pliskin from Escape from New York, because Hideo Kojima stated that when he was creating the game, Pliskin was his inspiration for Snake. In fact, the name was later used in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, as Snake was in a disguise...

Personally, I agree with your choice for number one. He happens to be one of my personal favorite video game villians, and he's right up there with the Joker from Batman as far as how nutty he truly is. @sageslarres Actually, he wasn't. Eggs was released in March 2009. This video was put up in February 2008. Therefore, someone had written the song before Renard, but I have a feeling it isn't this guy either.
