Is there any parallax on this sight? By that I mean, when you move your head from side to side when looking down the scope, does the crosshair stay exactly on target, or does it move around, thus requiring the red dot to be perfectly centered?

How much parallax can I expect from this sight? I have a $30 NCstar red dot and I have to align my head perfectly center to get an accurate shot off. Am I going to have to do that with this?
