I'm a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. And I taught about relationships at the University level for 15 years. I love sharing everything I've learned to help singles find love!

Because, love didn't come easy to me.

I grew up in a dysfunctional family and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't figure out how to have a good relationship. Without realizing it, I married someone just like my family. It was a short painful marriage that ended in divorce.

When I started dating again, I found I was still attracting the same type of men. I'd done a lot of work on myself. But there was more to do. I read books. I got support from a counselor. I attended singles seminars and groups. I did whatever I could to figure out how to have a good relationship.

And I'm happy to say it worked! Today, I'm happily married to the love of my life, my husband Henry.

And I discovered when you know what to do -- finding love doesn't have to be a mystery! There are very specific things you can do (and things you should not do!) to find love.

And that's what I love sharing!
