Was very surprised to learn Vonage offers many more features that are not generally known! As a new subscriber, the agent that "took care of me" did a wonderful job! And was a great help! Compared to other support systems, Vonage must do some intensive training of their reps. So far so good ...

Can you please explain your new commercial with the coffee girl to me? It just seems really rude that she's talking on the phone instead of working and really strange that customers are okay with that (as expressed through their clapping) It's really unrealistic. I'm not trying to be rude, just wanted to know.

Vonage is the greatest service ever! I am very impressed, had to drop you guys for awhile but I came straight back and happy to be back. I took advantage of the annual Prepay for one year $269 plus taxes/911/state tax $382.11. again I am proud to be back, I have been a customer for 7 yrs.. THANK YOU VONAGE! please feel free to put ad's along side my videos on my channel..

We have a number of calling plans and you can view all of them on our website at http://www.vonage.com. You don't have to change your plan and if you're already on a plan you can stay with it
