Welcome and no, I'm not a pagan or satan worshipper. I just dig the symbol and feel it's gotten some bad press. Besides, the cross gets enough exposure, the swastika sends the wrong message and the peace sign seemed too threatning.

Proud Texas resident and supporter of public education, I've recently become much more aware of the fundamentalist efforts to rewrite history as well as force personal religious beliefs into public science courses.
As somebody who holds both conservative and liberal views, I find it tragic and dangerous when quality and accuracy take a backseat to politics and ignorance-based agenda.
