They want you to beg them for protection, and they will give it to you in the form of martial law. Most people will be happy to submit until they are rounded up into FEMA camps after a disaster, for their "protection". What they won't be told is that they will never be released. That's why all the FEMA camps have 10-foot high fences with barbed wire.
