VOLTAGE DROPS is an up-and-coming Youtube series, concentrating on the evolution of music.

American media outlets generally do a lackluster job of showcasing talent offered to our music community. Due to the decline of resources such as MTV and Rolling Stone Magazine, what we're left with is "The American Idol" (or manufactured radio-pop).

Aside from Indie publications, our music coverage refuses to dig deep and surpass conventions. As a society, we've been conditioned to overlook creative individuals whom extend themselves beyond the mainstream.
