According to what research I had done, the Orlando episodes aired in syndication as early as May 22, 1989 on WOFL in Orlando.

@FunniGui Well to be fair, it's still featured in this special in some other sort of way: The song played during the Hill Valley dance is a western rendition of the song, with ZZ Top actually performing it.

I believe the former (Tension) was meant to be played in that deleted scene from part 2, where Old Biff fades from existence.

Two things:

1) I wish the full-length version resurfaced one day.

2) I much prefer the slowed-down versions of these songs (I believe this was the speed they were originally heard in before they were officially released).
