I was trying to do this in hardcore and got to 16 kills then got knifed. Its probably "easier" (lol) to do this in regular game modes because your health regenerates though you still have to get lucky at least a couple of times.

@TheSandyRavage When you pull up the score at 1:14, there is one particular frame (spam the spacebar to find it) that displays the kill count as 1120. The game then decides it cant keep up with the multi-kills and turnes it back into a "mere" 120. We may never know the true count...
