@kariido1 I've seen them higher. Legs wider. Done them myself higher and wider. Switched. And it's not "low bar". I've seen all of this training vids... the bar is pretty high on his back and while it's a difficult angle to judge 100%, I would say this is a high bar the same as his training vids.

I'm not an expert on Olympic lifts and I would love to try them if I can find a gym which has some bumper plates so I can practise more. But I think what sets Pat Mendes apart from the others is the speed at which he gets the bar into position. He is really explosive.
