Very Nice reminded me of my Grand dad and his fiddling. It also sounded like family members like your playing too I heard in the back ground. I could be mistaken but if it was that was so cute.

Great Job, I think my grandfather played this one on his fiddle when I was little it sounds familiar. You played it excellently. Thanks for sharing.

Thomas Jefferson, a fiddler, was not generally fond of "popular" music, but "Money Musk" (written in the 1790's) was his favorite popular tune! It later became the signature tune of Eston Hemings, the youngest son of Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings, who also played the fiddle and became a well known Ohio bandleader in the mid-19th century. I enjoyed hearing that tune come to life here. HB

Hi Vi,

Very nice playing, I enjoyed your Reel and the way you finish the frases with your left hand fingers. You also got a nice sound from your hall.
Thank you for your generous comments on my drumming.
Keep it on, Computer Guru by day and Fiddler by Night... This makes you "The Night Fiddler".
All the best.

That is the truth. I would love to get to Weiser again this year. I'm not sure if I will be able to make it or not, but I love Weiser!

Fiddle on!
