	harbeck1 (4 months ago) Thomas Jefferson, a fiddler, was not generally fond of "popular" music, but "Money Musk" (written in the 1790's) was his favorite popular tune! It later became the signature tune of Eston Hemings, the youngest son of Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings, who also played the fiddle and became a well known Ohio bandleader in the mid-19th century. I enjoyed hearing that tune come to life here. HB
