Vision Seed Media is an independent media network and resource rejoicing and voicing solutions and views to the current worldwide crisis of ecology and humanity. Through grounded journalism Vision Seed Media aims to promote active localized, grassroots solutions to the current environmental and financial crises. In a day and age of unprecedented ecological catastrophes resulting from the unchecked power-mongering of neocolonial capitalism, it seems that it is non-indigenous people who need to be saved by the sustainable wisdoms, and long-sighted vision, of Indigineity. Aboriginal Australian legal scholar Dr Irene Watson comments:
"law and ceremonial life of Aboriginal cultures is important, because it restores balance through its teaching of the reverence for the mother. It is medicine the old people have always known. The medicine that will make whole again a humanity that is one with the land."

Native American scholar, Ward Churchill offers this advice to non-indigenous people:
[Y]ou havebeen colonised far longer than we, and therefore much more completely.The result is that youve become self-colonizing, conditioned to be so self-identified with your own oppression that youve lost the ability to see it for what it is, much less to resist it in any coherent way.Everyone is indigenous somewhereyou must set yourselves to reclaiming your own indigenous past."

We acknowledge the more-than-human world as rightful co-inhabitants of this planet. We acknowledge the vital wisdom of indigenous peoples worldwide which is urgently needed to steer humanity off our present collision course with our only life source and into a role of truly sustainable Earth stewardship.
