About this user
I am a simple guy just trying to make it in this world. I graduated from Baker College in Applied Sciences (Therapeutic Massage) and now I am working on my Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration. I love to cook and bake, especially for other people. I love classical music and the opera (I get teased for that one). I write stories and am in the process of getting them published. A cousin-in-law of mine is working on have them made into computer animated short films. (like the movie "Cars"). I also write poems. I fix things like play stations, etc. ( I learned how to do that by watching the vids on YouTube). I am taking computer classes and English classes to learn to run, and fix computers and how to write my stories better. I love arts and crafts too. I have made all kinds of things with just colored stones, paper, and glue. I love to garden. Every year, I have more harvest than I know what to do with, so what I don't eat or freeze, I give away. I love to learn new things, so I research topics and stuff on line all the time. I also learned how to cook and bake in the microwave to where it DOESN'T taste like it was made in the microwave.

Interests
Nature, cooking and baking, learning new things, meeting new people, learning new cultures, reading, researching, writing stories. I am currently working on my own style of cooking and baking. I discovered a way to fry meat with just water. No extra fat, oil, butter, lard, etc. needed. I use the meats own natural oil/grease to cook it. It's a lot healthier I think. Then I use that liquid to make gravy and can also boil potatoes in this liquid. It will cook the potatoes and make the gravey all at the same time and in the same pot/pan. (You can use either one for this. I also bake in the microwave. A few friends of mine have told me that I need to write a cookbook and share this talent with the rest of the world. Well, I need to have percise measurements and timing to do that. I can just look at it and I just "know" when it is done. I can't explain it, it's just a knowing.
