Love the 1300 luffing jib video. I bet it took a while and another while to figure out the right speeds and stuff? BTW, I notice you have your 'men', well are the girls as well, getting into everything, climbing onto the flatbed truck via the back of the cab, and it work well, sorry.

You know an old-fashioned item that still works, is to use a little plasticine on the cab and/or wheels or lift supports you do not want to be seen moving. You know just a blob on the wheels that can't be seen in that shot, then change the positioning of the plasticine for a shot of the 'unseen' part of the truck.

I had one glass of wine and I am anyone's! I sat watch the middle bit where the 'lift' is and after it, and thought it was an actual video. Think I should take more lemonade with it next time. I love that you can find time to make these pretty time consuming stop-motion clips. I have made a couple of very short ones, but the then tapes were lost by my brother in law ages ago. Maybe the worse bit is having to take care not to knock the camera or the model!
