yeah dude! lol that shit plastic tubing blows. And there's actually staples inside the stock piping. I took mine out the first day I got my corolla lol. Mine had holes in it from the factory, for who knows what purpose (other than letting air escape). I've got an Injen CAI now, and my corolla sounds like a B series integra, lol no joke.
