we've been contracting wells close in Mountains sub-contractor. Why can't drill be placed in drainage at ground sloped into mountain plus 10 degrees then set at 17 degrees (max likely your machine) and we'll hit the same spot as water well contractor since he is drilling 200 ft higher at upper ...
