Okay, to all those people saying this is from 1997.... i actually bought both the Forever album, and Tha Block Is Hot album when it came out back in 1999.... i still have them, both of them say 1999 on the back of the CD covers.... Lil Wayne might`ve been talkin about "tha block is hot" in 1997,...
