Then go to Wichita! Its the best city in Kansas. If you have such a problem then dont come back because I enjoy it here. I know our speeding laws are tough but thats ok. And Kansans are friendly so thats what he was talking to you. Also he want a hick. Most people in Kansas arent hicks.
