Born in the good Ole' USA!!!! Back in the 80's we used to light the whole neighborhood on fire on the 4th of July with an awesome fireworks display that my dad and our neighbor who worked for Dupont Gunpowders. We lived in a garden apartment and our car was always 15 years old.

Did you make sure not to twist the throttle arm while it was in a raised position?

Make sure all the teeth mesh correctly or you will only get 1/2 throttle.

A 9.9 should move that boat alot faster than that, and it sounds like only 1/2 throttle.
