My bass is an Ibanez Sound Gear with EMG pickups. My cabinet is a GK 4/10 and the head is a GK 400RB. I use GHS strings, but prefer DR.
Bassist- Love all styles of music... I also sing back up vocal harmonies or lead if you can take it. I can play some guitar, keys, and viola.

About Me:
http://myspace.com/virtualb...
The last band I played bass for was the virtual band, VirtuallyRush on Youtube. I enjoyed this very much and highly recommend making a virtual band if you have trouble finding people to play with in your area.
MY YOUTUBE HISTORY--------
My friend told me about Youtube when it first came out. Way back towards the end of 2005 I wanted to put a video of me playing bass on my Myspace page, so I made a few videos and uploaded them to Youtube. I posted them on my Myspace page and before I knew it I was getting offers to be in bands all over the country. I took the offer to tour with the Johnny Rodes Outlaw Band and I left for Nashville, Tennessee in Spring of 2006. Johnny created a band by recruiting players from Myspace and bringing us all together. We recorded 3 songs with the legendary songwriter, Charlie Craig at EMI studios in Nashville.
Next I moved to the Los Angeles area and played in a band with the actress, Rose Rossi. Our producer, Cliff Brodsky, had worked with many popular studio musicians and artists in LA, so I was very lucky to get to work with Cliff and Rose and I got to meet some great people while I was there.
The fall of 2006 I got a message on Youtube from an anonymous user called Clipbandit who had made some videos of himself jamming to other musicians' videos on Youtube. His videos were very popular as he was paving the way for musicians to interact with each other and make music together on Youtube. He sent me a clip to learn a bass line to and I sent it back to him. He then took the clips and made one video so that he could play live along with us. The guitarist/singer was in New York, Clipbandit was in Texas and I was in California.
The video became so popular that it became a viral video on the internet. It was featured on Youtube and before we knew it we were asked to come to the Tyra Banks Show to meet and play together for the first time. We had a blast doing that show! Clipbandit did a *Youtube Open Audition* for drummers and ActionJackson got the spot. Not only did we meet him for the first time on Tyra, but it was the first time we played along with a drummer on this song!
You have no idea how hard it was to play with complete strangers on a stage in front of a big audience and huge cameras (and TYRA BANKS!!!) for the first time! The stage hands were making bets that we wouldn't even make it through the song, but we did it! NO REHEARSALS, just a brief sound check behind curtains! It was crazy! The only thing I regret is not saying thank you to Tyra when I had the chance. You can see this video on my channel. We have legal written permission from the Tyra Show to broadcast our portion of the episode on Youtube.
Next ABC News called us to come in for interviews. They did an ABC WORLD NEWS WEBCAST report on The Clipbandits. It explains the whole story. Then Good Morning America did a spot on us. How lucky could we get? There were articles about us all over the web from newspapers across the world.
The Clipbandits made history on Youtube. We were coined as the World's First Internet Band. We weren't really the first internet band, but we were one of the first to interact and make a video on Youtube. Clipbandit has influenced many musicians on Youtube that have made videos the same way we did. Check out VirtualZeppelin, for example. This concept can be used in limitless ways! You can play music with anyone across the globe.
I hope you enjoy my videos. Most of them are spur of the moment and I say some really stupid things when I am nervous. So I apologize in advance.
