Hey, I enjoyed your videos on astral projection, your videos where the first I watched because you know what your talking about through experience, I've just found out that I can project my soul/mind out of my body , anybody can do this, but I need to practice meditation correctly before I can experience astral projection.
But there are some things you didn't mention, such as protecting yourself before you begin meditating, I've heard there are negative spirits or forces after you leave your body on the lower astral level, can you tell me how to protect myself before I begin meditating.
And I just wondered how far have you travelled into the higher astral planes ?
And what did you see ?
Or can you make another video of what you have seen in the higher astral planes, other planets, different beings,etc....
