I think Metallica was kept in line by the likes of Cliff & Jason...without those two, the other members had mental or emotional issues that caused them to either be actual douche bags or at least caused them to come off like douche bags...I don't really like Metallica

this is encouraging to me as a drummer...someone as accomplished, technically sound, and as awesome a drummer as Chad Sexton touches on things that all drummers go through...having human moments, making mistakes, ending early and dropping sticks...it happens to everyone...not just hacks like me

Thanks Bob! Was in bands in Minneapolis, and there are 1000's of bands there now playing all types of music...Husker Du kinda paved the way for alt bands there...I thought the scene was fantastic

if you are comparing straight drumming you cannot take the merit of the band into consideration. Menza is far and away the more technical drummer, you cannot deny that, and likely the more skilled drummer. This isn't Metallica v. Megadeth...it's Menza v. Ulrich

@matanuskatundra2 Tom Barasso didn't do autographs because of Topps cards and Garbage Pal kids...I have Tom's autograph because he would autograph sticks and pictures. Lots of penguins players didn't want to do them for a while because card shop owners would show up and try to have them sign 5-1...
