You should only go down until your back begins to lift off the seat. I don't use a huge ROM on leg press since my hamstrings seem to cause my back to lift off and round which puts stress on my discs, but it still hits my quads well. I'll squat for a full compound exercise.

I've owned a C6 LS2 and a C5 Z06. The C5 Z06 is a completely different driving experience. Slightly faster and just more fun to drive. A very raw car. Unless you're going with the C6 Z06, I'd take a C5 Z06 over a C6.

To your credit, a typical driver will never hit anywhere close to 10s in a stock C6 Z06 6 speed. With the SMT, the better consistency will make it much more likely.

@Deadlybrit It's definitely possible to build that kind of muscle mass naturally. It may take 8-10 years of strict training, but it's not impossible. If he were the size of Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler, I'd have a hard time believing it.
