My name is Don and I represent the great state of Arkansas. I live in Little Rock, now I know what you're thinking...Bangin' in Little Rock, huh? Well, to be honest with you, we had a problem back in the day with gang violence and there are still some elements of it today. Crime and violence still exists, just like any other American city. I don't believe in that whole "My town's harder than your town" bullshit. Crime is crime, and violence is violence. Now, to switch gears a little bit, I want to break from the stereotypes about black people from the south. Most of us down here in Little Rock (or anywhere in the south) have the most beautiful and intelligent black people with dignity and self respect. I'm here to at least raise awareness and break the stigmas that we're all a bunch of gold teethed clowns, black rednecks, and no talented minstrels that promote this underlying genocide amongst our own (black on black crime, and the music that glorifies that bullshit). I'm a lover of music from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. I'm a child of the Hip Hop movement (generation). Hopefully, we can get back to the roots of OUR MUSIC and not what Corporate America dictates what we should be listening to. Again, I represent the south, but I don't support buffoonery. I am loyal to rap that embodies Hip Hop and the elements, in other words, I'M LOYAL TO HIP HOP, NOT A DAMN REGION!!!!
