Wanna know how to turn Super Sonic on Sonic 2? Well I will tell you and I trust you that this works, unless you do something wrong! lol
1. Wait until Sonic and Tails appear, hold square and press start.
2. Type in 19, 65, 9, 17. Then after 17 hold X and press start, Sonic and Tails should appear again.
3. Then hold square and press start again.
4. Then go to level select and go to sound test.
5. Type in 4, 1, 2, 6.
6. Select a level and collect 50 rings, then jump!
If it doesn't work then tell me and I will try and help! This was a cheat that my friend gave me!
