2011 Warrior Girlz Summer Camp exercises
Parents use this in conjunction with the PDF handout Coach Vic documented for you to easily to work with kids at home. Should take no longer than 25 minutes (do each skill 3x) and can be done on carpet, asphalt or grass (best.) Focus on page one for the excercizes and play the video before you do the turns (series 3).
We need the girls to nail the skills quickly before we move on to "SET PLAYS" which will rely upon these basic building blocks. This is especially for the Sloans and Lewis' who were in paradise while we were sweating it out in ROCKLIN! :-). Em and Mal need a little KETCHUP?
