Music: The Beatles are the greatest band ever. They changed the world. John Lennon is my favorite because he used his celebrity to promote peace and he was an absolute musical genius. One of my goals is to keep his peace mantra alive and continue to raise the spirit of peace and love. I also love Bob Marley because his music is totally awesome and he was a true freedom fighter. I also love John Denver because he shared his love of nature and life with us all. I love the music from the 60's and the 70's, especially all the artists who performed at Woodstock in 1969, and all the artists who were so active in the peace and civil rights movements. They made a difference. I wish we would listen to the poets and musical prophets instead of the political pundants. The poets and musicians of the 60's and 70's showed us the way. I believe what John Lennon said - If someone thinks that love and peace is a cliche that should have been left behind in the 60's, that's his problem. Love and peace are eternal. -
