Vice, you are the best journalists out there right now, please do a segment/investigation into a video found on youtube called "POLICE CORRUPTION" uploaded 2 weeks ago under the account "caitlinnorrish". It shows a police officer from Ontario Canada threatening to assault and plant cocaine on a man. The officer was docked 2 days' pay as "discipline". The video is gaining views quickly and with your help could receive even more much needed attention. The Toronto Star also has an article on it. Thank you
