@WhitishLion it probably wasnt the mod... it was more likly heat, which means you either needed to underclock the card or have a better fan.

@narutoxande you must be new.... since most people that overclock know that you usally use the bios, while you can use a program you won't get great results as compared to doing it through hours of using the bios to new clock (fsb), test, repeat.

@lambertlover19 wow someone else that agrees with me on Vista though.. I got a computer back in about 2009 or so and I liked Vista, but I loved windows 7 beta much more so I ended up buying a copy.

@TreeGam if that happens the best thing to proably do is to boot into safemode and do a system restore back before you installed it, if you dont have one then just uninstall it in safemode.

I built my own PC and guess what, was only about $350 - $400 and the only thing I need to do is replace my GPU every 4 - 6 years and I will be able to run most every game at max settings so thats about $60 for a decent card and I only need to rep...

@7GGonzalez well you cannot overclock it well, in fact you are much better off underclocking one to get more battery life and it would run cooler.

@MarshalBeard yeah.. if its a laptop then your better off underclocking it for battery life and also less heat.

@Kexzee you forget though an SSD provides an overall system boost. not just booting up, so you would see major improvements on launching programs and copying files and such therefore much worth it for a cheap 64GB or so.

wow one of the first people on here to have a good microphone, I can't hardly understand half the birds on youtube because the mic will be so quite, and won't pick up the bird to well.
