I'm a World Champion Kettlebell Athlete with 25 years of Kettlebell Lifting experience, and also Master of Sport, World Class Master of Sport and Honored Master of Sport in both Biathlon and LongCycle. I broke the all time Mens Snatch Record for any weight class at 74kg and as a Junior Lifter. I now spend my time developing programs and training athletes of all sports. I coached thousands of people, some of which are high level athletes and World Class Kettlebell Lifters. My greatest moment of Coaching and the most fun was helping over 600 people learn kettlebells and try our contest at the Arnold Class/Expo.
