This video may be viewed as a single uninterrupted stream at the lecturer's home page. http://www.paulvereshack.com

The simple processes of mind, body, and treatment, in "Deep Feeling Oriented Psychotherapy."

Paul Vereshack's complete one hour and forty five minute, 2008 Heidelberg, German American Institute Lecture
About Me:

Dr. Paul Vereshack, a medical psychotherapist, completed twelve years of post-secondary studies at the University of Toronto in 1969. He obtained a Diploma in Psychiatry in 1967.

His training included three years of Arts, four years of Medicine, a one-year general rotating internship, and four years of full-time training in five Toronto psychiatric centres: The Toronto Psychiatric Hospital, Wellesley Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, The Clarke Institute of Psychiatry, and the University of Toronto Health Services' Division of Psychiatry.

At Toronto's York University he has taught psychotherapy, and has led week-long residential encounter groups. At the University of Toronto he has taught small-group process. For one-and-a-half years in the early 1970s he was on the psychiatric staff of the Toronto East General Hospital. Dr. Vereshack limits his practice to teaching the techniques of deep emotional awareness.

Since finishing his training, he has treated more than 1,200 people in deep psychotherapy across 42 years. This represents approximately 35,000 hours of therapy experience. During this time he has not had a single suicide among his patients.

Dr. Vereshack's personal psychotherapy experiences have included: one year of psycho-analytically-oriented psychotherapy; one year of psycho-analytically-oriented group psychotherapy; one year of encounter-group-oriented group psychotherapy; four years of formal primal therapy; and twenty nine years of daily personal primal work.

Dr. Vereshack has retired his medical license, and remains in the private practice of teaching, and counseling clients in the use of deep feeling and body oriented skills, (Primal) to enhance over all awareness.

I am finding that questions and comments are not confining themselves to the material here on this You Tube site. I am also finding that the questions have already been answered in my book; which is on my own site and free to read and download. I would appreciate careful watching here, and careful reading of my book before asking what has already been explained.
