As the non-profit partner of the Mexican Consulate in Austin, Ventanilla de Salud works toward the vision of access to health services for all Latino families in Central Texas.

By partnering with city, county and community health and social service agencies, we are able to provide culturally appropriate health education (including preventative care), free health screenings and on-site diagnostic services, as well as referrals to community health services to immigrant and Latino families in need.

We mainly serve visitors to the Mexican Consulate, although we also have events in the community to reach the underserved Latino population in Central Texas who may be uninsured, underinsured, or unaware of healthcare resources. In this way, we hope to be a trusted source of information and a safe place for local Latino families.
