It is obvious that someone took clippers to the neck and that sucks...you should be able to ask an experienced groomer to scissor around the neck area and trim some furnishings without getting a butcher job.

I imagine it would be hard for anyone to be singing this song during this tribute and at this location, let alone someone from NYC themself. This was such an emotional day for everyone in the city...I am proud of her.
