http://www.wickeddelicious.... - This covers the video section of my website "How To Start Your Own Kettle Corn Business".

Here's the video section of "How To Start Your Own Kettle Corn Business". I shot these over the course of a season and I basically show you what's necessary to make kettle corn and sell it. The sections: How To Make Kettle Corn - I go through a whole cycle of making a batch of kettle corn, right from the beginning to the end. I basically show you how it's done. Bagging and sealing kettle corn - I show you the options of bagging and sealing up your product because not everyone wants to eat it up right then and there. What a typical $1,000 day looks like - I want you to understand that I'm not just pulling a number out of my butt, you can actually see me make the stuff for an entire day. If you want to total up the bags I'm making, you'll see what I actually did and you should be able to do the same thing. How's business after the winter - Here's a small farmers market we do year after year, and I wanted to show you want our regular customers looked like. The worst event of the season - Take a look at where we ended up and we give you the reason why we did so poorly! Setting up the tent - I take you through the whole process of setting up our tent. You'll be doing it plenty of times yourself, but I wanted to point out a few additions you can buy for your operation. Setting up the kettle - I give you a couple of pointers on setting up a Northbend Kettle. I show you were the knobs are and how to fire the unit up. Cleaning the kettle - You'll be doing this plenty of times, I wanted to show you what I've learned in moving things along. Crap inside the tent - I go over all the little things you need to get in the kettle corn business. I show where everything is in my tent so you have a better idea of perhaps what you need. Steve's sales techniques - Steve is the front guy of our operation. He's going to show you a couple of things he's learned on how to drive sales. Boy is it hot - It's how making this stuff! I wanted to show you how to keep yourself from melting. Build your own portable hand washing sink - This guy had sent me a video on how he built his own sink on the cheap and perhaps you can do it too. A typical craft fair - This is the bread and butter of the kettle corn biz. This one kind of got rained out, but we did OK. Large state fair - The Big I in Springfield is the big county fair in my area. I go down there and see the different kettle corn vendors and compare and contrast their operations. Out best day ever - We got ourselves into a "ye olde" type of event and these people went nuts over the stuff and we were there to record it. (Hey, this crap is profitable!) A New England 3 day event - We show you why it went well and some of the surprising things that we learned. This was my brain dump of the season, I hope you find it usefull and enjoy the book.
