o About me?! Ok these are some:
* Well I'm a vell
* I stand 5'11" weighing 200lbs / 65kg
* I do workout four times a week with friends. I take three different supplements a day, multivitamins and vitamin C as well.
* I take plenty of liquid a day; no soda. The last thing i do before i go to sleep, i drink a glass of fresh milk and water. It's been a habit.
* I smoke and don't drink alcoholic beverages at all.
* I guess can't live without workout place in this world.hahaha.. ( BEWARE OF STEROID )
* I surf the internet at home whenever i get free time.
* I love to wear shades.
* I love to listen to my favorite music in ipod especially at night when about to go to sleep and when almost dreaming as well. Can't sleep without it, so don't you ever dare to turn it off or else... hmhmhm.. hahaha
* I often sleep at 1 or 2am, i dont know why, i guess it's been a habit..
* I eat eight hard boiled eggs everyday, just the egg white.(Great source of protein)
* I'm amiable and romantic.
* I love people who make me smile and good conversationalists.
* I used to go to clubbin' with some of my friends before to see all them wild mamis and papis i heard about, shaking their skirts and trousers right down off their hot little bubble booties at the dance clubs. But now, i have no plan at all to go clubbin' but if you really insist me, i can never resist to go on 'cause it's too excellent there.(hahaha...)

* now, everybody says that i'm huge enough but it doesn't mean i'd stop. It's not because to get full attention from people and be amazed to me but just to have a healthy living and maintain it also.
