@rmer1212 No they can't. But if they are given incentives to keep the job at home, they may actually do that. For example, hiring a tech support person in India costs a fraction of what it is at home, so of course the jobs goes oversea.
While this is a very nice presentation and quite a lot of it does make sense, the problem is that there are a too many people out there who doesn't find work and love meaningful, only personal gain even at the expense of destorying other people.
And what type of practical wisdom can you ask from...
