Vanessa Shirin Delsooz, is a musician in Montreal whose influences ranges from alternative to traditional music.

Other than music, she makes a living as an Search Engine Marketing Specialist, being one of few Canadians that holds a Google AdWords certificatie. Her credentials also include being a graduate in the esteemed Communication studies program at Concordia University.

Her main method of transportation is a Peugeot bicycle or if the weather demands it- public transit.

She likes to incorporate a variety of colours in the clothes that she wears and adamantly refuses to wear pants. Ornamented headbands have recently been added to her ensemble, and she thinks she will keep it that way for now.

Loved ones are concerned with her addiction to chocolate as it can be quite costly and unhealthy at her rate of consumption (Cadbury, Haagen Dazs, Lindtt every week- contingent upon stress and budget levels).

Her cellphone is pretty simple as it is primarily used to make quick phone calls and record personal voice memos.

She's not really big on having a wallet or carrying a purse. "Having the mobility and freedom to wave your arms in the air like you just don't care shouldn't be limited to just men and airplanes! Why should I bog myself down with a brick on my shoulder when all I need on me is a visa , a 20 and a few bus tickets that can easily fit into my pocket?"

Interests also include, but not limited to, documentary filmmaking, politics, cycling and comedy writing and acting.

One of her most memorable moment came to her in a dream. In this dream, she realized she was dreaming, and she realized she had full control of the circumstances around her. She decided that her life ought to be lived in the same manner and calls it 'lucidly living'.
