Jawab nahin.Aap tho kaabil-e-tariff hain.This soulful song should have been in 'Mera Saaya' for Sunil Dutt or in Heer Ranjha for Raaj Kumar. Pl. post such unknown gems regularly.

Interesting. Except the songs sung by Sharda was composed by Shankar'and earlier songs sung by Subir Sen was composed by JaiKishan' most of the songsit was difficult to identify who had composed them. Great.

I am a great fan of Shankar Jaikishan music.eddie's efforts worth appreciating for bringing nostalgic moments.Will not be tired of watching the gang of SIX viz Shankar Jaikishan,Shailendra,Hasarath and of course RajKapoor and Mukesh.Ye dil maange more of them.

Breaking news. I myself checked. It is Sanskrit word. "tumre shur' means 'your body.So no question of any mistake.I verified lyrics also. Bharath Vyas has clearly written as 'tumre shur' only.

what can one say about rafi sahabs awaz?Aftyer the death of Rafi,Mukesh and Kishore I lost interest in listening to new songs. But I was fortunate to see them during their Musical Knites.
