This is not my favorite song. However, when she sings, I feel the notes throughout my body, and it doesn't seem important what the words are. Not just this song, but everything, and of course she has improved as well.

Sarah sings this slightly differently whenever she performs. All are magical.

Since this performance, I've heard Susan sing both this and numerous other songs, and I've never felt she was as good as this performance. She is amazing, but what is completely amazing, is that she was SO good at this moment--Live!!!

I love Nana Mouskouri, but the best version of this song for me is Deana Durbin.

Joni would always be a star. Nobody can WRITE the music she has, and not have been recognized and accepted. She may not be the greatest SINGER. but she is a magical artist.

I don't understand this, but I like it more than songs I've heard her sing in English. She is exceptional, but I like Hayley Westenra more when I hear them sing songs in English.

Not only has Cohen's voice changed, but he has changed some of the lyrics, and of course the tempo. What I find better, depends on my mood--just like with all music.

There are many great versions of this classic. Maev's is very good, but my favorites are Hayley Westenra, and Deana Durbin---yea Deana Durbin.

The right person won this competition, but Leroy was MY favorite.

I can see that she is younger, but her voice has matured from two years previous, and is not much different than today. Absolutely magnificent! How she hasn't become an international superstar is beyond me. She must not want it--and more power to her if that's the case.

All the singers that have been on stage with Jackie more than deserve to have been there. I happen to hear tones in Evancho's voice that I don't in others, and she touches my soul; but I respect all those who have sung with her. Now, what I'd like is for her to sing with Hayley Westenra.

I'm not sure that I like Perla's or even Cohen's own version more than this, but I know this is the Jackie Deshannon song that I like the most. It is wonderful.

For me, its Annie lennox #1. Many other good choices for #2.

He certainly didn't lose because of his singing. For those who think 60 is too old, take a look at Leonard Cohen's last few years on tour, and listen to him joke in London, about when he was last in London as a youngster of 60.

This a remarkable song. Sarah sings it beautifully, and those who enjoy this version might also enjoy Jackie Evancho and Ryan Andreas' versions. Both also wonderful.
