Seriously Injured Worker EXPOSES WorkSafe B.C and how injured worker are treated in B.C
WorkSafe B.C reports that there have been 18 suicides compensated for as being caused by chronic pain from injuries. Those dissatisfied with the system say the number is much higher, and that the cause is desperation and direct pressure from WorkSafe B.C, forcing SIW back to work.
Simple decision took WorkSafe B.C to much Time for 18 SIW and they took their own lives!!
2.2 million people work in B.C
17000 thousand employers pay into only one (1) system and a 1 billion dollar surplus reported by WorkSafe B.C
Seriously Injured Workers like the The Forbes Family and me plus hundreds more have to go on welfare and visit local food banks because we got HURT

My name is John Berfelo, I withstood multiple injuries from a 28 ft fall at work. I got a second chance at life. I was a glazier by trade , installed glass in hi rise buildings in Vancouver.
I am trying to raise awareness on how seriously injured workers are being treated by WorkSafe B.C and how the system cause depression and mental illness. "Direct abuse from WorkSafe B.C"
Prescribed heavy pharmaceutical narcotic pain killers and other drugs from doctors I was only heading down a path of destruction. I meet Dr Hornby 5 years ago and discovered Cana-Caps, converted forum of THC and 1 year later I meet a amazing women and she had written a paper on amino acids and cannabinoids for depression. Taken this info on cannabis and other natural supplements and working together as a team we were able to come up with a regimen to help me with my chronic pain, depression, anxiety, nausea and other condition related to my fall at work. Natural pain control and a better way of living was established over all with daily exercise and self meditation I have be reborn as a new man.
I am now a legal medical cannabis educator/ advocate and help people better under stand true needs of pharmaceutical drugs education on natural pain control and fighting for my right to use cannabis for my pain control, WorkSafe B.C funded me for this job and gave me a loss of earnings pension.
I work 2 times a week 4 hr a day at a local hydroponic store advocating for medical cannabis.
