BC Stories empowers students to conceive, plan, shoot, edit, and screen short animated films that speak about their world, their life, and their vision.

Animating Oral Traditions is a similar program, offered in rural communities across British Columbia. Our goal is to preserve and revitalize threatened languages, and to provide a safe space to explore oral traditions and storytelling. This is a collaborative project, creating new media works from underrepresented voices.
