The problem with many people is that they have an almost religous view on their diet, and therefore it is very difficult, if not impossible to make these people change their beliefs. many theories about diet is based upon assumptions and wishfull thinking and has no science behind it was so ever....

@Cuss100 Yeah, no doubt about it, you can build a fantastic physique steroid-free, you just have to be patient, train hard, eat well, get enough rest, then with time, anyone can be ripped and muscular.
