Black Bear is a 2/4 ( time signature) this is St. Patricks day, trust me, I have been a pipe band drum instructor and solo competitor for too long.........the G/O and St Pats are Irish tunes, BlackBear is a Eng;ish military tune.

1. totally clean ( take aprt primer arm assy) lightly lube with graphite.

2. make minor adjustment to decrease the spring pressure

( att to bottom of vertical pin in primer arm) make sure the entire are that has any movement
