I so love the way way Stevie Ray puts so much passion in this song- it is one of his greatest. Especially @ 1:50- "Use or abuse her"- AWESOME!!!!!!!

To me, this song is for all who have lost a loved one.

@thebluesrockers Amen!!!! Like I've said before- 'when the good Lord made Stevie Ray- He broke the mold'. All these other little 'want to be's' cannot hold a candle to SRV. Try as he might, but John Mayer will never come close!

@bil4doe Take heart bil! Stevie was nearly 4 years clean & sober at the time of his death! I'm sure you already have- but check out his best (& sadly his last) CD 'In Step'. It is/was the best of his work ever!

Stevie Ray has now been gone for 21 yrs. as of two days ago. It still dosen't seem like he is not here. But because of his music, he will always live on in our hearts.

Thank you so much for putting this up for all us SRV lovers! There will never be another one like him. So hard to believe this coming weekend- Aug. 27, 2011- will be 21 yrs. since his passing. But he lives on in our hearts.

It will be 21 years since we 'lost' Stevie as of this weekend- Aug. 27, 2011- but he is 'still' with us today & always- as long as we keep his music alive! And that is in no way hard to do!
