yes.. the official reasoning was to trim back the budget, i myself have only been to one of them. I64, jus past new kent, and it it seems to me that they spent as much money as it would cost to maintian the grounds and utility for a year jus to make it inexcessable, barricaides, crank arms to reopen in and things of that nature, and both times i have driven by it there where unmarked utility vans preforming some sort of maintainence or construction.. it jus aroused my suspicion in lue of armedghosts reports
