Hey just want to tell you I am a old hippie (52) and I will tell you dog YOU ROCK!!!

You can still do it man. Just remember eat to live not live to eat. I have cut back on my intake of food not by choice but health problems and I have lost poundage. I am not saying to give up alot of things but bout once in a while splurge and have a treat.

Only healthy for you if it is fresh and fixed right....Keep up the good work...Ps I noticed that chinnise dont eat fried foods they eat white rice and boild chicken and greens..Do they know something we dont?
