This is a variation on the authentic finger waving technique. This is much softer and not at all as defined as the original technique. It's a real practice, doing finger waves on yourself, and let this be a warning, it might drive you insane. But if you like the look, then here's a simpler way to achieve somewhat of a 1920's look. If you purchase in some finger waving clips, you might get a better result. In this video I also put my hair up, but feel free to just brush out the curls and leave it like that. I just opted for an updo this time.
