The term nigger is aimed at the black populous of the world mate. Not just in america. Which allows me the time to point out a flaw in your attempt at a politically correct system. No black born in america is african american. He/She was not born on the continent of africa, therefore they are not african, only of african descent. I don't believe you call whites european americans, etc. From my perspective, the term nigger pertains to a majority of the black populous, moreso what i see in american blacks. Act like shite, treated like shite. Simple as that. A glorification of ignorance in a culture leads to a generalization from other cultures, thus lending support for the shared theory that niggers are rubbish.
